Hello! 

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Therapist and practice owner with a passion for helping people heal, grow, and feel more like themselves again. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples through addiction, grief, trauma, and relationship struggles.

I studied at the illustrious Alabama A&M University and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and for the past three years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside clients through some of life’s toughest moments.

Originally from St. Louis, I now live and serve in Dallas, Texas. I truly believe in the power of connection, and I count it as a blessing to be trusted with people’s stories.

Therapy is more than just what I do—it’s what I’m called to. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
